When selecting data to report on, you will have the following data options:
- Date
- Used for all Date fields, including cover page dates, Task Start and Due Dates. Drag and drop Date to desired location and then select the Date field from the drop down.
- Contact
- For Task Responsible, use the First Name and Last Name fields.
- Issue
- For Issues / Risks feature.
- Project
- System generated fields that are relevant to all Processes. For example: Project Name, Stage, Midaxo Insights fields, Process Name, and Archived (True / False).
- Not that system generated Date fields (like Last Updated Date) are pulled using the Date option.
- Project fields - [Process Name]
- Cover page fields organized by Process.
- Task
- Task fields for example Task Title, Index Number, Status, Summary, Notes, Guide, Task Level, and subtype (Task or Milestone).
- Note that Task Start Dates, Due Dates and Date Completed are pulled using the Date field.
- Value Tracker: Datapoints, Initiatives, Task Links
- For the Value Tracker module, if enabled.
- Ungrouped
- This section includes your Metrics, which are formulas created for your reports like Count of Projects, Count of Tasks, Number of Completed Tasks, Percent of Completed Tasks etc.
