- Midaxo Cloud supports both Single Sign-On and Multifactor Authentication, however; both cannot be active at the same time.
- MFA can be enabled per User, or for an entire Workspace.
- When MFA is enabled for a Workspace, all Users will be required to enroll and it cannot be disabled individually.
- We currently support time based one-time password (TOTP) authenticators such as Google Authenticator and Microsoft Authenticator. OKTA verify is NOT currently supported.
Activating MFA per User:
- Settings > Workspace and User Settings.
- Click on the User whom you'd like to apply MFA for.
- At the bottom of the User's Overview tab > Enroll user to Multi-factor Authentication.
- An email will then be sent to the Users email address with next steps. Please ensure the User has an Authenticator ready for use.
- To deactivate MFA, click on Disable MFA for this user.
- You can also activate MFA for a User in the MFA tab > Activate MFA.
Activating MFA for a Workspace:
- Settings > Workspace and User Settings > MFA.
- Multi-factor Authentication > Enforce MFA for this workspace.
