When accessing Midaxo Analytics via the Chrome browser, you may need to make changes within your Privacy and Security Settings or Analytics will not work properly.
Issue: Analytics is not loading or loads a blank screen.
To prevent this, take the following steps:
In Chrome, go into your Settings
Select Privacy and Security
Choose Third-Party Cookies
Make sure Chrome is set to Allow third-party cookies
If this option is not available to you, please reach out to Support or your Customer Success Manager.
