Should you need to export your full workspace and all the data it contains out of Midaxo, we are able to accommodate this request. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or to Support@midaxo.com to activate this functionality.
If using a Windows machine, there might be a limitation as to the size your unarchiver is able to accept. You will see an error message like this:
If this happens, download 7-ZIP as this will allow your windows machine to then accommodate a larger zip file download. Once the download is complete, log back into Midaxo and export your data.
