Creating a New Process

In Midaxo, a "Process" is an individual Pipeline within your Workspace. Each Process can have it's own Pipeline Stages, Cover Page Fields, and Users. 

Admins and Power Users can access every Process in your Workspace. If you do NOT want a User to see a specific Process they must be an Associate or Project Member. 

There are two places you can create a new Process in Midaxo.

Option 1:

  • In the upper left corner, click the 3 line icon to the left of the current Process name. Process drop down.png
  • +Create new process. Create new process2.png
  • Name Process > Create. Name process.png

Option 2:

  • Settings > Workspace and user settings > Processes > Create new process. Create new in settings.png

Rename Existing Process:

  • Settings > Workspace and user settings > Processes.
  • Double click into Process name to rename > Click green check mark when to save changes. 

Delete a Process:

  • Upper left corner > 3 line icon > trash can icon to the right of the Process Name. Delete Process.png
  • Settings > Workspace and user settings > Processes > Trash can icon. Delee process 23.png
