Once your Pipeline data has been uploaded, use this Guide to navigate the Pipeline and Grid views.
- Toggle between the Pipeline and Grid views by clicking on the desired view icon in the upper right corner.
Filters
- Filter the Pipeline and Grid view by clicking the funnel icon in the upper left corner.
- You can filter by multiple data points at one time.
- Click "Clear filters" to remove filter sets.
- To created Saved Filter sets:
- Add your filters and select "Save As".
- Name your filter.
- Click "Saved Filters" to make your filter Public (visible to all Users) or Private (visible only to you).
- Your saved filter sets are available in both the Pipeline and Grid views.
Search
- Use the Search Bar located in the upper left corner to search by Project Name or by Cover Page field values.
- In the Pipeline view, the Search Bar will search all active Projects.
- In the Grid view, the Search bar will search active Projects AND Archived Projects (read more about Archived Projects below).
Grid View
- Rearrange the columns in the Grid view by clicking on the heading and dragging to the desired location. You will see a 4 sided arrow when you are able to drag a column.
- Choose what fields you want to view by clicking "Columns" on the right side of the page.
- This view is unique to your User account and your preferences will be saved.
- Click the 3 line icon to view options to: Pin a column, autosize the selected or all columns, and reset column size, or toggle to the Cover Page fields to add fields to this view.
- Export data from the Grid view to Excel by clicking the gray upwards pointed arrow in the upper right corner.
- Only the fields selected in "Columns" will be exported.
- The export will also reflect any Filters that are currently set.
Archived Projects
- Archived Projects are only visible from the Grid view.
- Use Filters to view Archived deals only, or refer to the system generated field "Archived".
