Only Users with a User Role of Administrator can add new Users to Midaxo.
To add a new User into Midaxo, begin by navigating to:
- Settings> Workspace and User Settings
- By default, you will land on the Users tab.
- Click on the green +User button in the upper right hand corner.
- Enter the user email address, then click Continue
- Populate the required fields (First and Last Name) and select a User Role:
- Administrator: Full access to the entire platform. We recommended you have more than one Administrator as they are the only Users that can add new Users and Workspace Groups.
- Power User: Full access to entire platform without the ability to view Workspace and user settings.
- Associate: Only has access to Projects they have been added to via a Group. Must be given access to a Process via a Workspace Group. Read about Task Permissions for Associates here.
- Project Member: Only has access to Projects they have been added to via a Group. Must be given access to a Process via a Workspace Group. Read about Task Permissions for Project Members here.
- VDR Guests: Only has access to Projects they have been added to via a Group. Can ONLY access the specified data room, no Pipeline visibility. Read about Task Permissions for VDR Guests here.
- Project Member, Associates, and VDR Guests will need to be added to a Workspace Group with Process Access to access the platform. Please see the article here re Process Groups.
