Only Admins, Power Users, and Users in Process Admin Groups can access and change Settings.

Note: The Cover Page is the Overview tab that is visible when you click on a Project card from the Pipeline.
- Settings > Process Settings.
- Cover Page (column on left side).
- Project Details: This section cannot be removed and contains system generated fields such as Project Name, Project Stage etc.
- Add New Section:
- +Add new group.
- Group Header > Enter Section (Group) Name
- Toggle on Confidential or Hidden Group if desired.
- Confidential Groups: Visible to Admins, Power Users, and Associate and Projects with Confidential Project Group Permissions.
- Hidden Groups: Not visible to any user on the Cover Page. Must be unhidden to become visible.
- Edit an Existing Group: Pencil icon next to the right of Group Name.
- Remove Group: To remove a Group, all fields within the Group must be archived.
- Archive a field by clicking on the red minus sign to the right of the Cover Page Fields Name or by clicking and dragging the field to the Archived Fields section at the bottom of the page.
- Once all fields have been Archived, click the Trash Can icon next to the Group Name.
- Archive Multiple Fields: Archive several fields at a time by clicking the checkboxes to the left of the Field name > Archive.
- Add a New Field: Select +Add New Field located at the bottom of the group you want the field to appear.
- Select appropriate Field Type.
- We recommend using Single Choice fields, rather than Text Input/Text Area fields, whenever possible for reporting and filtering purposes.
- Add Field Title, and Choices, if Single or Multiple Choice field.
- Choices: Choices can be copy/pasted into the "Choice List" box if there is one choice per row. Paste the list into "Choice List" and press Enter/Return.
- Click the smiley face icon on the right to add symbols as Choices. For example, you can use red, yellow, and green circles to create a traffic light status field.
- Required Fields: If desired, make the field Required for a specific Stage. The Required Cover Page field must be filled out before the Project LEAVES the selected Stage.
- A Required Field is signified on the project card with a red asterisk.
- Create.
- Delete Field: In the Archived Fields section, select the Trash Can icon to the right of the Field Name.
- Once an Archived Field has been deleted, ALL the data that field contained is permanently deleted.
