If you have previously been able to sign in to Midaxo, but now no longer have access, there are a few alternatives for what to do next.
- Verify your sign-in link by checking the original email you received when your Midaxo account was created
- Reset your password if you are not sure you are using the correct one.
- If you were using a trial account, it may have expired. If this is the case you will see a message stating your account has been locked. Check with your company's Midaxo admin for further info.
- Contact your process admin. It is possible your user account was deactivated to the status of a Contact.
