A key value of Analytics is to provide a default Analytics landing page for Project Admins, Workstream Leads, and individual contributors, to focus on tasks assigned to them.
What do you need to do:
The Process or Company Admin will access the main My Tasks report and create a copy
The copy will be configured for a specific user, for their read-only use going forward
What’s the best way to do it:
First, create a new folder for the user by clicking the + Add Folder icon shown below
Select the main My Tasks report (if available), then click the three-bar menu icon to the right. Click “Duplicate”, and rename the report for the desired user, adding it to the folder created earlier
With the user-specific copy created, double click on the report name to access the dashboard designer.
This process can be repeated for as many users as needed
