Upon logging in, you will land in the process you were working in the last time you logged out. If you have multiple projects in flight simultaneously, select one to start with.
Check the overview page for newly added content by your team and/or workstream leads: functional updates on the cover page, newly added documents, and newly created events. You can use the “Date” field to sort by most recent.
Review individual workstreams and tasks for status updates, added content, and updates as necessary. Use the Activity tab to message anyone within the project about their tasks
To view overall project progress and percent completion statistics, navigate to Analytics and use your task progress dashboard or similar report to get a pulse on the project as a whole, or do a deep dive of individual worksteams.
Team Members
Log in to Midaxo, and click the project you are participating in to open.
Review the Updates section of the coverpage for any important news or information since your last login. To check for any newly assigned tasks, use the My Tasks section to look for items assigned to you with upcoming due dates.
To update your assigned items, navigate to the Tasks section. From there, you can change the task status, attach documents, and input notes. If you have any questions, check the Guide section or use the Activity tab and tag your team lead to send a note.
