What do you need to do:
- Issues identified and material collected during Due Diligence are “lost” when the deal closes and have to be rediscovered during Integration
- Causes delays, mistakes, misunderstandings, “things falling through the cracks”
What’s the best way to do it:
- In the Issue tab, go to the Task section and click on “Click to select task” to link the issue to a specific task in the task list
- End task could be one of the following:
- Specific task/action item related to the issue
- Related workstream/functional parent task
- Placeholder task called “Issues to be addressed during Integration”
- Permission level of a project member or higher required, with the rights to view the target task
