Organizing Projects by Workstream

Organizing your projects by workstream is a great way to stay organized and aware of each groups’ progress while limiting access to only necessary areas for workstream leads and team members. Setting up and managing a project based on workstreams with appropriate permissions is easy with Midaxo.

What’s the best way to do it:

1. Upload your task list to your project by importing from Excel/Word, or copying from a Midaxo-based template or existing project.

2. Assign your project workstreams to their appropriate leads.

3. Using the Permissions tab in the upper left hand menu, set the permission level of your workstream leads to Task Admin for their respective functions. This will allow them to have full capabilities within their workstreams to delegate, adjust, and review items while working with the rest of their team.





 

4. As necessary, you can grant workstream leads visibility into other workstreams. This allows them to review progress and relevant information as it relates to their workstream without being able to make changes.
